Overall Timeline

Vassar is implementing two phases of its Workday information management system in 2017. The first phase launched in March 2017 for use by all Vassar employees, including student workers -- serving purposes such as time entry, time approval, time off requests, hiring, as well as accessing and updating our personnel and benefits information.

The second phase focuses on financial functions such as purchasing/procurement, budgets, travel expenses, and reporting. It is scheduled to be implemented in July 2017, at the beginning of the college’s fiscal year.
